ARMATURE
The reinforcement production plant at the company "TILTS" started its operation in 2007 with the aim of providing modernized and automated production of reinforcement products and reinforcement frames. The spacious workshop is equipped with modern equipment, and the production workshop is constantly being modernized, adding equipment with innovative technologies that allow to improve auxiliary processes and achieve the best results.
Currently, the company is one of the market leaders in the region, being able to produce more than 1500 tons of higher quality products per month. The team of factory operators consists of experienced professionals who are trained to produce high-quality and fast reinforcement products of any degree of complexity. We offer a wide range of rebar products from various types of steel, including: electro-welded rebar mesh, carved, bent, straightened rebar, as well as rebar frames of any complexity, depending on the customer's wishes.
Speed
The high production capacity and high-quality logistics allow us to deliver the produced products with accuracy up to 1-2 hours. The LEAN system has been successfully implemented and is working in the company.
Reliability
The implemented production processes allow you to track the production stage of each manufactured part from the beginning to delivery and installation at the facility, as well as the production batch, brand and delivery process of raw materials from the manufacturer to the delivery destination. All the necessary documentation for certifying the origin of the product is completed for our manufactured products.
Quality
Production uses modern technologies and the necessary raw materials, which are delivered directly from the manufacturers' factories. The factory has quality certificates: ISO 9001:2008; ISO 14001:2004; ISO 18001:2007. The fittings used are certified for the Baltic, Scandinavian and European markets.
