DELTABLOC® safety barriers have been tested by accredited and certified testing institutes, and more than 320 successful crash tests prove that we are the first in road safety.

The 3 main criteria of EN 1317 are: Limitation level, Working width and impact severity.

Vehicle Restraint Systems (VRS) are a key factor in road safety, as these passive safety systems aim to reduce risks and increase road safety. They protect the vehicle from drifting out of the lane and reduce the consequences of accidents. To be introduced in Europe, VRS must meet the requirements of the European standard EN 1317. EN 1317 sets the highest international standards and ensures uniformity of testing conditions. Vehicle restraint systems must successfully pass crash tests, the parameters and acceptance criteria of which are determined by this norm.
